How are savings measured?

From your own invoices and POS export. Baseline food cost % = (purchases minus stock change) divided by net sales, agreed in writing before work starts.

What does it cost if it works?

A one-time RM 5,000 fee, payable only when verified savings reach 2.5% of monthly revenue sustained for 2 consecutive months. If savings never reach that level, you pay nothing and keep the report.

Keep your accountant — genuinely. They report the past for compliance, weeks after month-end. We patrol the present: which supplier's price crept this week, which delivery was short but billed in full, which credit note was never applied. Different organs. Most accountants like us — they receive cleaner records.

How is "savings" measured — by you?

By your own documents. Baseline food cost % = (purchases − stock change) ÷ net sales, from your invoices and POS export, agreed in writing before we start. You see every number behind the calculation. If we independently disagree, the signed method decides — not either of us.
